About Me

I'm 58 years old and yes I still play with my barbies.

Playing for me is designing and making my dolls clothes and accessories.

When I was young I use to make my barbies clothes out of kleenex. But that was before my mom taught me how to sew.

Then I made my dolls clothing by hand out of fabric that came from my mom's clothes that she did not want anymore.

Now that I'm retired, I spend my time between my 2 Etsy shops. There is Nathalanes Place shop and Resin Gift Shop Plus.

 

We live my husband and myself up north, Quebec, Canada.

We have 3 beautiful grown up children which have all fled the nest.

2 boys and 1 girl. My daughter comes regularly to visit and sleeps over quite often with her boyfriend.

I don't see my boys as often as I would like to but they have their lives and that's ok.

Our house is in the country surrounded by the forest.  I enjoy cooking, baking, knitting, crochet, sewing and I also work with resin for my other shop as I previously mentioned.

We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 small parakeet.. I'm medically sick but need to keep my mind busy

That's why I opened 2 shops.
